We offer free worldwide shipping for all purchases. All items are insured during the shipping journey.

For delivery in the UK, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery service.  

For delivery outside the UK, we use a reputable international carrier. 

We will notify you by email when your order is despatched. This will confirm details of the carrier, estimated delivery timescales and tracking information. You will be required to sign for the goods on delivery.

Orders sent outside the United Kingdom will have their Value Added Tax (VAT) removed from the price of the goods.

Please be aware that on orders being shipped outside the UK, you may be liable for customs and duties.

Customs duties or local tax is not included in our price. Customs and local taxes will depend on the country and state you're having the item shipped to as customs duty and taxes differ from country to country. Contact your local customs office if you're unsure of any applicable taxes and customs charges.

We cannot be liable for any delays due to customs or tax clearances.

Purchases made online can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order for a full refund or exchange.    

Purchases made in-person are non-refundable, however, you may request either an exchange or credit note within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns and refunds on bespoke goods, as these have been designed as one-off pieces to your exact requirements. Similarly, any goods that have been personalised, such as engravings, are also unable to be returned and refunded.
